Baby, It's Cold Outside

Frank Loesser wrote the song in 1948. Ella and Louis Jordan sang it. So did Ray Charles and Betty Carter. Harry Connick, Jr. and Lee Ann Womack. Johnny Mercer and Margaret Whiting. Great tune.

And I'm thinking of it because it's too damned cold. Just checked the Magic Wireless Indoor-Outdoor Weather Station, and it's 42.7 degrees in my backyard. In California.

Yep, I'm a total weather wimp. For no good reason, I looked up the forecast for St. Bart's. Next three days: high 82, low 80.
